Securi-T USA Extended Wear Cut-to-Fit skin barrier with a tape collar is part of a two- piece pouching system that includes the Lift & Connect flange system. The Life & Connect flange system allows finger-tip access between the wafer and flange to ensure an easy, secure connection without putting pressure on the abdomen when attaching pouch to the wafer. The extended wear barrier is an appropriate choice for ostomates who have ileotomies or urostomies as well as those who have a colostomy and have a liquid stool output. The extended wear barrier is designed to be the most resistant to discharge. The cut-to-fit skin barrier can be cut up 1 ¼in (32mm) to accommodate the unique size and shape of the stoma. Product numbers are arranged so it is easy to select the correct pouch needed. The last 3 digits of our 2-Piece systems indicates the flange size. The flange size on the wafer and pouch must be the same last 3 digit to connect. Flange size is 1 ¾ in.
