SMITH & NEPHEW Biostep collagen matrix dressing is a unique dressing that allows you to overcome barriers to wound closure while maintaining an optimal moist wound environment. The unique dual action targets and deactivates excess mmps, the enzymes that degrade proteins, to optimize wound closure. This longer lasting dressing has a six day wear time for prolonged control of the wound environment which is almost double the wear of other collagen dressings. Biostep maintains optimal moisture balance for wound closure and is highly conformable, as well as, easy to apply. The gelling action of this dressing provides a cooling, soothing effect for enhanced patient comfort. This 4"x4" (10cm x 10cm) product is sold by the box of 10. This is a non-stock, special order, and non-returnable product. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
