COVIDIEN vaseline™* petrolatum gauze is a fine mesh, absorbent gauze impregnated with white petrolatum. This product remains moist, nontoxic and nonirritating, preventing the wound from drying out. It is also non-adherent and sterile which reduces pain and trauma during dressing changes. Despite it’s non-adherence it is still able to cling and conform to all body contours which helps to seal air leaks and unwanted fluid loss. Can be used for minor burns, skin donor sites, tunneling wounds, staple/suture lines, lacerations, abrasions, skin grafts, skin tears, circumcisions, umbilical bandage, and/or lightly exudating wounds. The strips are 1" x 36" (2.5 Cm x 91.4 Cm). Sold by the case of 72. This is a non-stock, special order, and non-returnable product. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
