SPAN AMERICA Risk Manager is a new concept in bedside safety mats. Independently documented, superior impact reduction provides an extra measure of bedside protection for your fragile, at-risk residents. Unlike other fall pads made from foam scrap carpet underlayment, the Risk Manager is engineered from an ultra-tough, impact-absorbing lightweight elastomeric gel compound commonly used in expensive orthotics and premium footwear. The Premium elastomeric gel surface reduces impact from falls, and provides a welcome comfort for bedside caregivers. The low-profile and beveled edge, allows easy on and off for wheelchairs and lifts. Non-Skid bottom grips floor and helps keep mat in place. Non-Slip textured top provides added safety. The Risk Manager is infused with Nano-Silver that protects it from odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew growth. The mat wipes clean with most standard cleaning agents. The mat rolls up for easy transport and storage. The Risk Manager is 25% lighter than the leading fall strip. The fire-resistant properties meet Cal TB 117.
