AMT Mini balloon button 14fr 10cc 3.5 Cm from applied medical technology, inc. Is a silicone device that is inserted into a gastrostomy to provide direct access to the stomach for feeding, decompression and medication. It has been designed as a low profile (skin level) feeding device to offer the patient a higher level of comfort and mobility. This device combines the features of a button and the ease of placement of a balloon device. The apple shape balloon design with a larger diameter provides a better stoma seal, reducing the chance of leakage. High performance medical grade silicone contributes to increased balloon longevity yielding in greater cost efficacy/efficiency. The mini balloon button kit contains one 14fr mini balloon button, one 10ml luer tip syringe used to inflate the silicone balloon valve and to administer medications, set of two 4" x 4" sterile gauze, one bolus feeding set with single port, one right angle feeding set with y port, and a 60ml catheter tip syringe.
