Clock Medical Supply, Inc. is located in Winfield, Kansas, just 15 miles from the Oklahoma border. We are a strong regional distributor serving Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska.

 

Business Hours 
Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The six holidays observed are New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are also closed on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

History 
Clock Medical Supply, Inc. was established in 1981 and remains a family-owned medical distribution company. In the last few years, we have completed a new Medicare multi-insurance billing system installation, updated our company’s database system to become more efficient and launched a top tier interactive web-based ordering system. This has translated into one of the finest programs and processing services offered in the industry.

Clock Medical Supply carries thousands of items in stock including: incontinence products, personal care items, general nursing products, over the counter drugs and many more. Because of our provider agreements, we can also supply you with wound care, urological supplies, ostomy products, diabetic supplies and enteral feeding products as well.

Billing 
Clock Medical Supply is one of the few Medicare and Medicaid Participating Providers of medical supplies. As a Medicare Participating Provider, we accept the Medicare allowable on covered items. After Medicare pays, we transfer any remaining balances to our contracted secondary and tertiary insurance companies.

Certification Information 
Beginning in 1997, Federal Law required the Center for Medicare Services(CMS) to certify agencies to bill. As a company that strives to provide excellent customer service, we selected the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations to certify us. The Joint Commission is one of the most recognizable and strict accrediting organizations out of the 10 national accrediting organizations. Also due to the CMS mandate, we are bonded by a Treasury approved bonder for the sale and billing of DMEPOS (Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies) products.
