Scent'r Piece Dietary Card   

After scanning the employee bar code and patient bar code on the front of this card, the dietary aide or nurse aide follows the foot-steps and scans the meal, followed by a percentage consumed bar code.  Next, the CC's of fluid bar code is scanned.  Finally, the number of CC's of intake are punched into the keyboard and the "=" key is pressed.  You are then off to the next resident recording.
